The 23-year-old, who has scored 21 goals in 18 league
matches for Rijeka this season, will move to the King Power Stadium on a
three-and-a-half year contract
Kramaric was set to become Jose Mourinho's first acquisition of the January transfer window but talks between Chelsea and Rijeka stalled and ultimately fell down on the valuation of the player.
The Blues also failed to provide assurances to Kramaric that his long-term future lay at Stamford Bridge - he was set to join Vitesse on loan for the rest of the current campaign.
Nigel Pearson's men currently lie bottom of the Premier League with just 14 points from 20 games and only Aston Villa, Sunderland and Burnley have scored fewer than their 19 goals this season.
