It has been claimed that the San Siro side had spoken
with the French champions about a possible deal but the Nerazzurri boss
insists that no contact has been made
The two sides met in a friendly on Tuesday, with the champions prevailing 1-0 thanks to a second-half strike from France midfielder Yohan Cabaye.
Mancini was asked after the game in Marrakech if he had availed of the opportunity to speak with PSG about Lavezzi, with the coach said to be keen on strengthening Inter's attack during the upcoming January transfer window.
However, the former Manchester City boss insisted that neither he nor any Nerazzurri officials have enquired about the availability of the Argentina international. "Lavezzi is a great player, but he's a PSG player," Mancini told reporters. "But there has been no contact and it's not for me to make any contact."
Lavezzi joined PSG from Serie A side Napoli in 2012 for a reported €26.5 million but has been repeatedly linked with a return to Italy.
